The objective of this article is to show the application a supervision, control and acquisition system an industrial network chemical products, for which design logic architecture on Profibus-DP protocols described Ethernet, with peripheral terminal station ET-200, through Siemens CP433 programmable controller level sensor sensors, coupled radar-type transmitters accuracy ± 0.5 mm. As findings implementation system, it was possible demonstrate optimal regulation filling 3-compartment trucks capacity 300 Kilos each, generating elimination spills product, as well reduction polluting particles in work environment. Finally, direct consequence, productivity company improved, relevant aspect at planning, management direction.
